A few days ago, we posted that the Alabama State Legislature had passed what became known as the “Grandparent’s Bill”. Just days later, it is in the news that Tennessee is following in Alabama’s footsteps. Tennessee lawmakers had passed a bill allowing visitation rights of grandchildren to be granted to grandparents who are deprived of seeing their grandchildren. The only thing this bill needs to become a law is the signature of the Tennessee Governor.
